'I'm on that button!' Christina Aguilera gets competitive as the blind auditions end on NBC's The Voice

The blind auditions ended on Monday night on The Voice and the teams have been chosen.
Now the real competition begins on Emmy-winning NBC singing competition as the contestants battle it out with one another.
The final night of the blind auditions was one of the most intense so far after there were just eight spots left to fill on the four judges' teams.

And they admitted they were being more choosy than usual as some talented singers failed to make it through.

Christina Aguilera at the start of the show already had 11 singers on board, while Blake Shelton and Adam Levine both had 10 under their wings.
CeeLo Green had just nine.
'[If] the boys sleep for a second, I'm on that button,' warned Christina who said she is desperate to be the first female coach to win.
So the hopefuls had their work cut out for them.

Small town boy Matt Cermanski, 20, from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania was trying out for the second time.
He watched back that performance with his family backstage and said his nerves failed him.
And viewers got to see him singing on the TOILET as a toddler in home video footage.

This time he played his guitar as he sang Have A Little Faith In Me by John Hiatt.
And just a few bars in, Adam pushed his button and turned around, before Blake did, too, then CeeLo.
Three-time winner Blake praised his versatility with the song and said: 'It was almost like watching a cat playing with a mouse.

His father is famed Tejano musician, Emilio - and Diego said he is the biggest influence in his life.
'But I'm my own style,' he said, insisting he wanted to step out from his father's shadow.
He sang Idol's Rebel Yell.
But despite the judges rocking out in their chairs none of them buzzed in to pick the youngster.
'I have one slot left and I had to be super picky,' said Adam.
'The energy was coming through the speakers,' said Christina who said they all had
to be really choosy at this stage.
'It's just not what I was looking for,' said Cee Lo, who claimed he was a big Idol fan.

Tamara Chauniece, 23, from Wharton, Texas, learned to sing from a young age after going to church with her minister parents several times a week.
She recorded her first album at the age of 11 and sold them out of the family's car.
And by 18-years-old she said she was 'burned out' from the music industry and became a leasing agent.
But she couldn't give up on her dream.
Singing Beyonce's 1+1, her gospel tinged voice inspired Christina to buzz in within seconds, before Cee Lo, too, turned around.
Tamara opted to go with CeeLo.
'You're a beast. I love everything about your music,' she told him.

But he would rather be singing for a living.
He sang the Johnny Cash hit, If I Were a Carpenter, while playing his guitar.
And only Cee Lo turned around - even though Christina came very close.
'I'm a huge fan,' Lupe said of CeeLo.

Grey, 25, from Jacksonville, Florida, said she has been singing since she learned to talk.
She graduated from music college but couldn't find work so she is singing with a wedding band and working in a clothes store part-time.
'That dream seems further and further away,' she said. '[But] it pays the bills.'
Her rendition of Catch My Breath by Kelly Clarkson prompted Adam to turn around first before Blake joined him, followed by Cee Lo - again to Blake's irritation, before Blake ended up the wrong way round.
She chose Adam to complete his team.
'My team is the most diverse, eclectic, all over the place bunch of misfits,' he said. 'I really don't have anyone vanilla. I have a fun bunch of renegades. If all is right in the world, Team Adam will win.'

'I'm not trying to be something that I'm not,' he insisted before singing Bailamos by Enrique Iglesias, which features Spanish lyrics.

And within seconds Christina had turned around and started dancing in her seat.
Soon after both Blake and Cee Lo joined her.
In the end Michael chose Christina - finishing off her team.
'The best choice for me right now has to be Christina,' he said, before she salsa danced with him on stage and they dueted on Bailamos.
'Match made in heaven!' she proclaimed. 'We're almost like kindred spirits.
'I have a really talented team. I've got a lot of different flavours.'

But he turned to the guitar instead - but wasn't making any money.
'You definitely have those moments of self-doubt,' he said.
He sang country hit Wagon Wheel by Darius Rucker.
Brandon went with Blake, rounding off his team.
'I got to keep it country,' he said.
'My team is a good mix. It's kind of all over the map,' Blake said. 'I don't see any reason in the world why I can't win four [times].

That left CeeLo with just one spot to fill.
And salvation came in the form of former soldier Shawn Smith.
He lost about 80% hearing in his right ear after an IED exploded in Iraq and he suffered a concussion in 2007.
The Army vet, and barman 32, from Utica, New York, said some people call him 'Big Sexy'.
'Music is like my release,' he said before singing patriotic country hit Chicken Fried by Zac Brown Band.
It was enough to get CeeLo to turn around.
'Finally my team is full,' said CeeLo. 'I'm looking for you to bring it home for me.'
