It must have been a bittersweet evening for cast members of The Sopranos.
But although he may not have been there with them in person, James Gandolfini's larger than life presence was certainly felt.
The late actor's on-screen family turned out in force to see his final movie role at the Enough Said premiere.

Edie Falco, who played Tony Soprano's wife Carmelo, was joined on the red carpet by Aida Turturro, who played his sister Janice.
The
two women were devastated by the death of their co-star who suffered a
heart attack on holiday in Rome in June at the age of 51.
Next weekend, Edie, 50, is due to publicly pay tribute to James at the Emmys award ceremony.

Meanwhile on a blustery Monday night
in New York, the ladies were reconciled with several other cast members
from the groundbreaking mafia-inspired TV show.
Steve Schirripa, Anthony Sirico and Vince Curatola along came along to support the movie.
James
plays Albert, a divorced dad who tries to connect with single mother
Eva, played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who is dreading her daughter heading
off to college.

But his attempts at romance are sabotaged by his bitter ex wife.
Speaking to E!,
Julia said James was 'a very thoughtful guy, very dear, earnest and
very self-effacing all the time and doubting all the time about himself.
'It was amazing actually, so not like a Mafia boss.'
