An adorable photograph uploaded to Instagram shows the newborn wearing a Disney baby grow with his two-and-a-half-year-old sibling, Arabella Rose holding a toy stethoscope to his chest.
Proud mother Ms Trump, 31, captioned the snap 'Joseph's first doctor's appointment' prompting over 5,000 'likes' from fans.

It appears Arabella couldn't be happier to have a younger sibling.
Just a day after his birth on October 14 she was pictured looking pleased with her
lookalike baby brother as she cradled him in her arms.

The adorable photo was captioned: 'Arabella is such a proud big sister!'
The toddler evidently knew what she was doing, having practiced her swaddle at home while awaiting her newborn brother's return from the hospital earlier in the week.

Important legacy: Last Monday Ms Trump and Mr Kushner welcomed their son, Joseph Frederick Kushner, whom they named after both of their paternal grandfathers

Ms Trump shared a photo of Arabella playing with a baby doll in her bedroom, cradling it like a real live baby.
Joseph, who was born in New York on the evening of October 14, is the spitting image of his older sister.
Their resemblance can also be seen in another picture shared by Ms Trump last week for throwback Thursday.
The old picture shows Arabella as a newborn and her mother captioned it: 'Thinking back to when Arabella was just a newborn baby. #tbt #growingupfast.'

To announce the birth of her son, Ms Trump again took to Instagram, where she shared a picture of herself with the newborn in her hospital bed.
'We welcome with love, Joseph Frederick Kushner,' she captioned the touching photo, before going into more detail about the child's moniker.
She wrote that the boy was 'named after each of our paternal grandfathers, both master builders of their generation and inspiring patriarchs of their families.'

It seems her businessman husband Jared Kushner is proving to be a great help with the new addition to the family.
