Matching his grey hair, the 67-year-old star wore a similarly-coloured suit together with a blue and white tie for the occasion.

Tommy also sported his trademark grey facial hair at the event as he posed for pictures while clutching hold of a nomination certificate which had Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences written on it in tiny print.

He presented the director Hany Abu-Assad, whose Palestinian film Omar is nominated in the Foreign Language Film category, with a nomination certificate at the event.
Tommy and the 52-year-old filmmaker, who wore a navy blue suit and white tie, were both pictured with grins on their faces at the event.

The motion picture sees him star as claim jumper who teams up with a pioneer woman to escort three insane women from Nebraska to Iowa.
As well as starring in the film, the Men In Black 3 actor also directs the movie.
