Now, at 37, the actor has still got the same baby face but he's already a father-of-three and is getting to enjoy his own slice of marvel at watching his own children grow up.
The young director certainly looked in his element as he made the most of bonding time with his youngest boy on Friday.
The Wonder Years! Fred Savage is getting to
watch his little man grow up now and seemed to be loving the process in
Hawaii on Friday; the actor has an older son, Oliver, seven, and a
daughter, five-year-old Lily
Savage, who has directed hit series Modern Family, enjoyed interacting with his one-year-old on the sand as the family enjoyed a Thanksgiving break.
His wife and childhood friend, Jennifer Stone, reclined nearby; the couple's two children Oliver, seven were just out of sight, and five-year-old Lily.
The couple have never released the name of their youngest child, who was born last November making this trip also a birthday celebration.

He has directed multiple television shows, including episodes of the ABC hit Modern Family, the CBS comedy Two Broke Girls, Boy Meets World, Zoey 101, That's So Raven and Hannah Montana.
He's also produced several episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Savage's character Kevin Arnold in The Wonder Years coped with the unrequited love of actress Danica McKellar's Winnie Cooper character.

In real life, Savage ended up with his childhood sweetheart Jennifer Stone.
The two were childhood friends who lost touch when Savage moved to Los Angeles for The Wonder Years.
They were reunited 11 years later at Savage's 22nd birthday party and have been together since.
The couple married in 2004.
