The Terminator and former California Governor was seen having handing over a big wad of cash to the valet outside Barneys in LA where he had just indulged in some serious retail therapy when something flashy caught his eye.
It was none other than Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star Scott's beloved white sports car, one of the reality star's pet indulgences.
I'll be back...for that! Arnie was all smiles as he checked out Scott's rather showstopping car
30-year-old Scott, of course, is Kourtney Kardashian's partner and father of her two children.
His love for fast cars is well known to those who have seen him (and admired his fleet of sportscars) on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Arnold also happens to be a well-known car enthusiast. Earlier this week he was spotted driving his beloved green Hummer, which runs on vegetable oil, around LA.
In 2006 he gave up six of his seven Hummers, thought to be worth around a million dollars, in a bid to work towards saving the environment.
I'll pay for that! Arnie hands over a wad of cash to his valet and jokes that he'd like to to take Scott's car home instead
I'll even up the offer! Arnie jokingly offers the valet even more for Scott's car
All cashed up! Arnold still can't stop himself
from joking with the valet and trying to buy Scott's flashy white
Lamborghini Aventador
Arnie's much more green-conscious these days, athough clearly he still needs to pass that message on to Scott too, about reducing carbon emissions from cars.
Perhaps the sudden passing of his beloved mother, Bonnie, last week might help Scott to focus more on the future and the future of the planet as well.
That said it seems that Scott's mind might be on more than just flashy cars and business deals too now. He recently tweeted that 'my one goal in life at the moment is getting a follow or a retweet from the Lord himself.'
Walking away from the deal! After his attempt to
buy Scott's car fails Arnie heads back to do some more shopping in LA.
He also sports a nifty belt chain to give him a little fashion edge
Arnie though has his mind on movies, movies, movies at the moment. With his political career currently in hibernation, if not limbo, Arnold has just confirmed he is going to star in a sequel to his 1988 hit Twins, tentatively dubbed Triplets.
Continuing his resurrection of titles from his 80s heyday he is set to film a third entry in the Conan The Barbarian series.
That doesn't mean Arnie has given up politics altogether though. Last month he was lobbying hard to change a US law which forbids foreign-born citizens from running for, or holding the office of, President. Arnold, of course, was born in Austria, but has long hankered for a chance to go all the way to the White House and become President of the United States.
Arnie and pals hit Barneys for some serious retail therapy in LA - sunglasses at the ready!
