While some of her showbiz colleagues geared up the weekend's Emmy Awards ceremony with personal stylists, actress Jessica Alba took some downtime with her daughter Honor at a Beverly Hills nail salon.
Mother and daughter were sitting side by side on Saturday as beauticians worked their toes and nails with Honor checking her iPad as the varnish on her nails dried.
The two spent most of the afternoon together at the salon in the exclusive part of Los Angeles, California.

The two were dressed down for the pampering session - Jessica wore a strap T-shirt and rolled-up pink, fitted jeans and minimal make-up.

Honor was in blue jeans and a pink knitted top, which she dressed up with a giant purple pendant round her neck.

The trio were seen arriving at Genghi's Cohen restaurant in West Hollywood, California.
Earlier in the weekend, the actress and model and her husband took two-year-old Haven on a shopping spree at the luxury department store Barneys New York in Beverly Hills.
