But it wasn't revealed why the 24-year-old got the boot until Monday when TMZ claimed the rapper acted like a brat at the facility: In addition to violating an order than he had to stay at least two feet away from any females, the R&S singer also refused to take a regular drug test and he mocked his treatment in a group session.
Monday is also the day the ex-boyfriend of Rihanna is scheduled to go to court so a judge can determine if he will have to serve more time in jail, according to ABC News.
He was a bad boy: Chris Brown, pictured in July,
was kicked out of rehab because he touched women, refused to take a
drug test and mocked his treatment, according to a Monday report from
TMZ
'The rehab facility imposed the two-foot rule because of the Rihanna case, specifically, that he beat her,' a source told TMZ.
'The people who run the facility imposed the highly unusual rule... Chris violated it by touching elbows and hands with a woman.'
Chris also reportedly had a sexual encounter with a woman at the facility in early March, 'but for some reason that is not part of the basis for booting him,' said the site.

The source added: 'He later took the test and the results were negative, but the initial refusal was a violation of rules.'
TMZ also reported the Fortune singer 'made a mockery of rehab during a group session with some harsh comments.'
The Turn Up The Music singer will most likely face more time behind bars, because there aren't too many other options for him, though it has been reported his lawyer may ask that he be placed on house arrest.
The Grammy-winning R&B singer spent the weekend in a downtown Los Angeles facility after a judge ordered him to be arrested for violating the rules and regulations of his treatment.
Court records did not indicate the reason for Brown's dismissal from the facility in Malibu that was treating him for anger management, substance abuse and issues related to bi-polar disorder.
Brown had been under court orders to remain in treatment since November, one month after he was arrested in Washington, D.C., after a man accused him of punching him in a confrontation outside a hotel.

girlfriend Karrueche Tran stuck by her man last month during his court
appearance, but she's apparently had enough of his behaviour and is
distancing herself from the troubled star
That case remains pending, and Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin has not yet scheduled a probation violation hearing to address whether he would penalize the singer for the arrest.
Brown's probation was revoked in December, but a prosecutor's request in February to send the singer to jail was not made.
The judge said the Grammy favorite was doing well in rehab. A probation officer gave him a good report at his last court hearing on February 28.
He still has 750 hours of community service to complete.
Brown has done little to turn around his image since his 2009 physical abuse of Rihanna. He pleaded guilty to hitting her just before the Grammy Awards and was told to not violate his probation.
Meanwhile, Rihanna has moved on with singer Drake, who she was spotted holding hands with days ago.
Brown's last girlfriend Karrueche Tran was seen on Saturday in LA wearing a pretty white dress. They reportedly have split but she was seen as recently as February 3 holding his hand as he entered an LA court.
Will she leave him?: Tran's boyfriend has been
accused of touching other women, which may make her leave the hit maker
once and for all
