So it's no wonder Jennifer Hudson continued her penchant for sexy dressing as she performed at the Pinoy Relief Benefit concert in Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.
Putting on a suitably sophisticated sartorial display, the 32-year-old Dreamgirls star showed off the hour-glass curves she famously worked so hard to get in a figure-hugging LBD as she strutted around the stage.

And with a patent belt tied tightly around the waist, the former American Idol star wooed the audience with her display of unwavering confidence.
Jennifer was in New York performing in support for victims of typhoon Yolanda, also known as Haiyan, which struck the Philippines with devastating force in November, killing more than 6,200 people and affecting a further 14 million people.

More than one millions homes were wiped out and the UK provided £77m of humanitarian aid, making it the largest single donor.
According to its website, Pinoy Relief aims 'to provide relief to victims of natural disasters in the Philippines – with the current focus being victims of Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda).'
It adds: 'Proceeds will go to typhoon victims and the on-going efforts to rebuild lives from the typhoon-hit areas.'

Jennifer was clearly excited at the prospect of supporting the cause and tweeted a day earlier that she was 'so excited' to be part of the benefit concert.
She shared the stage with fellow Idol alum Jessica Sanchez who performed 'Let It Go,' Oscar-winning Fil-Am composer Bobby Lopez and Filipino singer Charice Pempengco.
Jennifer Hudson was a contestant on the 3rd season of American Idol, where she made it as a finalist.

She gained acclaim in the film world when she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in Dreamgirls.She released her self-titled debut album in 2008 and received a Grammy for her work as well.
The star has said that she hopes her third studio album puts the fun back into R&B and soul music.
Of her forthcoming music, she said: ‘I thought by my third album there should be a piece of me in it. I felt albums one and two were me just being a vocalist. But I’m an artist now.
'I’m confident enough in that to raise my hand now when I’m in the studio with producers and say, "This is what I think".’
