To make sure that the 66-year-old actor is still in fighting fit shape he was seen leaving a medical building in Santa Monica, California, after getting a check-in.
But this being Arnold Schwarzenegger, he doesn't just get into any old car - his ride was a beige 'Terminator' Hummer, no less, which also neatly colour coordinated with Arnie's pants too.
Branding the man: Arnold drove his beige-coloured Terminator Hummer to his appointment
Speaking from the Arnold Sports Festival in Ohio recently, the star described the script as ‘fantastic’.
He said: ‘The last Terminator was when I was Governor and so I couldn't be in that movie, but now I'm back again and they are very excited about having me in the film.
[Producer] David Ellison has plenty of money to do it well, in partnership with Paramount Pictures who are going to release the movie through their distribution.
Getting in early: Although Arnie's new Terminator movie isn't due out for another year he's already keen to promote it
Ready to re-terminate: Arnie exited the medical building looking fit and ready to get to work on his new movie
Car swap: Later in the day, Arnold left his 'Terminator' Hummer behind to drive off in his Bentley
I like driving in my car: The star wore sunglasses and a cap to protect himself from the beating sun
Off I go: Arnold looked equally at home in his Bentley as he did in his 'Terminator' Hummer
Food time: The actor headed back to his vehicle after having lunch at Caffe Roma in Beverly Hills
Laugh out loud: Arnold also looked to be having fun with his friend Giuseppe Franco
He added: ‘We start filming in April and it will be a four-and-a-half month long shoot. Most of it will be done in New Orleans, with some filming in San Francisco and maybe a little in LA.’
The star played Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 in the first three films released between 1984 and 2003.
But he didn't appear in the fourth film, 2009's Terminator Salvation, which starred Christian Bale and Sam Worthington, and was instead featured as a computer graphics animation.
Hitting the spot: At one stage Arnold gave his perfectly coiffed pal a massage
Long way down: Jumping out of the Hummer seemed not to be one of the easiest stunts that Arnie has ever done
Proud papa: Arnie looked like a beaming dad as he left his Terminator Hummer to do his check-up
Street fighter: Fans were happy to be seen next to the original Terminator
The film is believed to be the first in trilogy, and is rumoured to have an original plot that uses time-travel to revisit scenes from the previous movies.
Arnold is also set to star in Sabotage, David Ayer's follow-up to End of Watch, which is set for release this month.
The film is loosely based on Agatha Christie's 1939 work, And Then There Were None, with Arnold playing the commander of an elite DEA team who bust a drugs cartel.
