It's hard to believe it's been only three days since the 36-year-old delivered boyfriend Simon Cowell's baby boy Eric.
With leather slacks, a smart grey scarf, and her hair and makeup done just perfectly, the beauty appeared to have just returned from a fashion shoot, not a delivery room.

This isn't the first time the world has gotten a look at the exotic looker post delivery. She has already been photographed with her new child as they left Lenox Hill hospital on Sunday, and also in intimate black-and-white snaps with Simon.
But it is the first time she has been photographed looking so fashionable.
Along with her leather trousers, Silverman had on a grey shirt, black slipper shoes and an elegant coat. And there was no baby blue diaper bag for her - she chose a nifty black leather purse to round out her city chic look.

Equally impressive is the new mother had her hair beautifully groomed with soft curls and her makeup was nicely applied.

Lauren, who showed of slim legs and barely any tummy trouble, smiled as she exited the posh hotel that had a snazzy red carpet on its stairs.
