He shed tears on Monday’s episode of Dancing With The Stars when he opened up on the 'horrific lows' of the last year.
While
2012 was a year of huge highs for Jack Osbourne, who married his wife,
Lisa and welcomed their daughter Pearl, it all came crashing down when
he discovered he had multiple sclerosis just two-and-a-half weeks
later.
Lisa then having
suffered a late-term miscarriage in early September 2013 but the couple
have been working hard to put their difficult times behind them and
looked positive and happy as they left Spago in Beverly Hills following a
romantic dinner on Wednesday night.

Lisa looked lovely in an all-black outfit of skinny trousers and a top which she paired with high heels.
The
pretty blogger and actress carried a large handbag and accessorised
with a gold necklace. She couldn’t keep the huge smile off her face, no
doubt thrilled to get some alone time with Jack, who has been busy with
Dancing With The Stars rehearsals.
Jack, 27, appeared trim thanks to his hours of dancing, wearing jeans, an olive green shirt and a blazer as he left the eatery.

He seemed much happier than he
did on Monday as he struggled to hold back emotion when he said, 'I was
scared for my kid. I don't care what happens if it's just me, but if my
quality of life goes to a place where I can't provide for a kid… what
is this?'
Even his partner, Cheryl Burke, a steely professional, was near tears at his moving confession.

The US show, now in week five,
saw the nine remaining celebrities commemorating 'The Most Memorable
Year of Their Life' on Monday night.
Jack explained that his diagnosis was scary, but the baby got his mind off his troubles.
He dedicated his waltz to wife Lisa and baby Pearl. 'I owe them more than they ever realise,' he said.

Leah Remini, wearing leggings and a grey top, looked excited to get another day of dancing underway but Amber Riley, who has struggled with some pain in her knees was more downcast.

performance this week, appeared in good spirits in New York.
