Brave Jack Osbourne and wife Lisa look upbeat at romantic dinner just days after he opened up about 'horrific lows' on DWTS

He shed tears on Monday’s episode of Dancing With The Stars when he opened up on the 'horrific lows' of the last year.
While 2012 was a year of huge highs for Jack Osbourne, who married his wife, Lisa and welcomed their daughter Pearl, it all came crashing down when he discovered he had multiple sclerosis just two-and-a-half weeks later.
Lisa then having suffered a late-term miscarriage in early September 2013 but the couple have been working hard to put their difficult times behind them and looked positive and happy as they left Spago in Beverly Hills following a romantic dinner on Wednesday night.

Lisa looked lovely in an all-black outfit of skinny trousers and a top which she paired with high heels.
The pretty blogger and actress carried a large handbag and accessorised with a gold necklace. She couldn’t keep the huge smile off her face, no doubt thrilled to get some alone time with Jack, who has been busy with Dancing With The Stars rehearsals.
Jack, 27, appeared trim thanks to his hours of dancing, wearing jeans, an olive green shirt and a blazer as he left the eatery.

He seemed much happier than he did on Monday as he struggled to hold back emotion when he said, 'I was scared for my kid. I don't care what happens if it's just me, but if my quality of life goes to a place where I can't provide for a kid… what is this?'
Even his partner, Cheryl Burke, a steely professional, was near tears at his moving confession.
