She is not perhaps so well known for her pithy conversation as she is for her stunning figure.
But
earlier this week Kelly Brook defied her critics as she headed out to
lunch with millionaire French art dealer – Jean David Malat.
And
while many may doubt that the 33-year-old would have much or indeed
anything to say to the art lover, she was seen keeping him enthralled
as she chatted away.
Plenty to talk about: Kelly Brook enjoyed lunch with Jean David Malat on Wednesday in London
Gesticulating
with her hands as they left La Petite Maison following a bite to eat
Kelly looked to be taking control of the conversation.
Her companion couldn’t take his eyes off her as they made their way down the street – with Kelly chatting the whole way.
His concentration may have been slightly helped by the fact the brunette looked simply stunning as per usual.
Leggy: Kelly dressed to impress with a plum coloured dress and bare legs for lunch date
Delicious: Kelly and Jean were seen leaving the restaurant together after spending two hours
Tucking in: The pair reportedly shared a dessert together at La Petite Maison in central London
Showing off her lithe
legs she wore a plum coloured dress and a pair of smart black heels,
while she kept warm with a tweed overcoat.
Completing
her chic lunchtime look she wore a pair of aviator style sunglasses and
her hair fell around her shoulders in loose curls.
Jean,
who is the director of Opera gallery, also dressed to impress for their
lunch date looking dapper in a suit with a crisp white shirt.
Engaging: Kelly certainly seemed to have Jean's attention as they took a stroll following lunch
High spirits: Kelly seemed in a good mood after tweeting about how much she was looking forward to lunch
Good pals: Jean revealed that he has been friends with Kelly for a few years and they were working on a few projects together
According to The Mirror,
the pair enjoyed a leisurely two hour lunch, with an onlooker
revealing: ‘They seemed to be having a great time together. They were
talking animatedly and Kelly was smiling a lot and laughing at Jean’s
jokes.
‘They both had glasses of wine and shared a crème brûlée pudding for dessert.’
When
it came to paying the bill it’s thought that Jean, who is part of a
franchise which turns over £16 million a year, didn’t hesitiate to foot
the bill, despite Kelly’s best efforts to pay.
After you: Jean took a step back so Kelly could take the lead leaving the restaurant
Cultured: The pair headed to a nearby gallery following their lunch
No awkward silences here: The pair kept the conversation following even after leaving the venue
Ahead
of their lunch date Kelly took to Twitter to express her excitement,
writing: ‘Looking forward to a Lovely Lunch with @OperaGalleryLDN today
x’
And it seems they’ll be
seeing a lot more of each other in the month’s to come as Jean told the
Mirror: ‘Kelly and I have been friends for a few years.
‘We have a few projects together coming up and she is interested in art.’
