Bye bye dream house? Kim Kardashian and Kanye West 'will sell $11m love nest they've been working on for ONE YEAR so she can live closer to mom

Over a year ago they splashed out $11 million on a Bel Air mansion.

Ever since, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have sunk even more millions into the sprawling Mediterranean villa, tearing down walls and adding new ones, so the property would be perfect for their A-list lifestyles.
But just when it seemed as if the house should be done and the parents to North, aged one, could finally be moving in, UsWeekly reported on Monday that the couple will be actually be selling the home.

'Kim's over how long it's taking,' a source told the weekly. The home was purchased in early June 2013 and ever since the couple have been residing in her mom Kris Jenner's
Hidden Hills estate.
The 33-year-old - who has been in The Hamptons helping her sisters Kourtney and Khloe shoot their new reality spinoff for E! - will look for a house closer to her mother as well as her sisters in Calabasas. Hidden Hills and Calabasas are next to each other and an hour West of Bel Air.
Stepfather Bruce is in Malibu.

The home looked ripped to shreds in January with walls missing and the pool removed.
It was said that the Wests wanted to add a new gym, cinema, bowling alley and basketball court.
The couple reportedly were hoping to move in by July 2014. If they list it, they will most likely work with Mauricio Umansky who is married to Kim's friend Kyle Richards and is on Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

The drawn-out building work is allegedly causing tension between the couple, with Life & Style reporting earlier this year that Kanye is ‘impossible to please.’

'She just wants to be settled,' a source said. 'Not squatting in someone else's house.'

The Bel-Air property is in a gated community.

'The house has a long way to go before they can move in,' added the source. 'It's frustrating for Kim.'
Her fiancé isn't making it any easier.

'He's a total snob when it comes to style, design and architecture.... he thinks nothing of changing direction midway and starting over,' said the source.

'He's a control freak and flies off the handle when things don't go his way.’
