Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have denied they have filed a battery report against a clown after they were confetti-bombed last month.
The siblings had their shopping trip interrupted in April when they were leaving The Rug Company in West Hollywood when Richie the Barber, who is famous in LA for his tattooed face, threw confetti all over them. 
According to TMZ, it had been claimed that the sisters filed a police report and are now keen to pursue criminal charges against him over the 'attack'.

However, a representative for Khloe and Kourtney has since denied that this is the case, telling MailOnline that such reports are 'not true'.

The website also reports that the police contacted the clown to find out whether he was trying to harm the reality stars.
But he insisted he only threw the confetti to 'congratulate them'.
During the incident, Khloe freaked out but Kourtney managed to keep her cool.

Khloe swiftly reacted by trying to brush it off, but Kourtney did not even break a stride as she continued to walk back to her car.
After the incident, Richie just simply watched the sisters walk away.
At the time it was thought the whole incident was filmed for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, so it may have been set up rather than a spontaneous incident.

Khloe was looking far more relaxed on Monday as she was seen heading to LAX for her sister Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding.
The star was joined by her younger sister Kendall Jenner, who wore a huge grin across her face as she walked through the airport.
The 18-year-old star wore a white blazer, black silky tank top, faded skinny jeans and silver shoes for the journey, while Khloe went for a white sweater, light blue skinny jeans and white stiletto heels.
