They have no intention of giving up guardianship of the late Michael Jackson's three children.
On Tuesday a Jackson family insider revealed to TMZ that the children's grandmother, Katherine Jackson, who shares
guardianship of 17-year-old Prince, 16-year-old Paris and 12-year-old Blanket with their
cousin T.J. Jackson, is not concerned about reports that Debbie Rowe is going to court to gain custody.
The
55-year-old is mother to the king of pop's two oldest offspring but
reportedly also wants Blanket, whose surrogate mother was recently
revealed as a Mexican nurse.

According
to the site, Debbie dished to a friend that 83-year-old Katherine's not
'connected with the kids or involved in their lives.'
A source told People:
'Katherine isn't worried about it. It will never happen. She's not
heard a word about this from Debbie Rowe officially or unofficially and
she hasn't been contacted by her lawyers.'
Michael's
brothers, Jermaine, Tito, Jackie and Marlon, told People in a
statement: 'We are quite taken back that Ms Rowe has decided now to
enter their
lives, after she abandoned her children many years ago for money.'
Suiting up: Debbie Rowe, the mother of Michael
Jackson's two oldest children, pictured with fiance Marc Schaffel, his
producer, in Calabasas this month, is ready to go to court for custody
of Prince, Paris and Blanket
As part of Debbie and Michael's divorce in 1999 she gave full custody rights of her kids to him for a reported $8m settlement.
Two
years later she applied through a private judge to have her parental
rights terminated, claiming it was in her children's best interests.
The
brothers' statement continued: 'Our only desire is to see our niece and
nephews continue to go on with happy, healthy and safe lives.
Keeping an eye on him: Prince went to the movies
with his cousin and guardian TJ Jackson, left, last summer. Debbie
claims that TJ does not have enough time to look after him and his
siblings Paris, 16 and Blanket, 12
'We will do everything and anything within our power to help make that happen. They are well-loved and well taken care of.'
Debbie,
who recently got engaged to Michael Jackson's business manager and
friend Marc Schaffel, lives on a horse ranch in Palmdale, California, 65
miles from the Jackson family home in Calabasas, California.
That
could prove a problem for Prince, who is due to start his senior year
in high school in the fall. Paris is at a Utah boarding school while
Blanket is reportedly home schooled.

Debbie
has been playing a significant part in the lives of her natural
children recently. Over Christmas, Debbie was joined by Prince and Paris
plus Blanket, in Hawaii.
On Christmas Eve Paris, 15, shared a photo of herself cuddled up to her mom over dinner.
Meanwhile,
Katherine has been ordered to pay $800,000 to AEG Live in costs after a
court ruled that the promoter was not responsible for Michael Jackson's
death, aged 50, before his 2009 This Is It comeback concert series in
London.
