Simon Cowell cradles little Eric while leaving upscale restaurant as he enjoys quality time with son

It's always easier when you have two parents to share parental duties.
So no wonder Simon Cowell, 54, looked like he had his hands full on Sunday as he took tiny Eric out for some quality father and son time.
Clutching his precious son, a blanket and his tablet phone all at the same time, the X-Factor judge carefully made his exit from upscale restaurant The Ivy in West Hollywood.

Simon's girlfriend and mother to Eric, 36-year-old Lauren Silverman, is currently in New York spending time with her older son Adam, seven.

But nevertheless the music mogul seemed to have everything under control.
Sticking with his favourite ensemble of plain white T-shirt and jeans combo, Simon looked clean-cut with smart black shoes poking out from his pale wash jeans.
And Eric will be developing quite a taste for sophisticated cuisine as his famous parents have visited the eatery with the two-month-old in tow on several occasions.
In fact, the baby boy enjoyed his very first Easter at the LA restaurant.

While Simon's private life is blooming, his professional life has suffered a bit of a hit, with news his UK musical I Can't Sing! will be closing.
The stage show, starring former British soap star Nigel Harman as Simon, was suffering disappointing ticket sales. It opened at the Palladium in London to mixed reviews and stalls have rarely been more than two-thirds full.
Its closure comes after the axing of The X Factor USA in February this year.
However, on Saturday the average rating – with ITV +1 figures taken into account – of his talent show Britain's Got Talent was 10.1million, an increase of 800,000 week on week.
