But while Justin Bieber’s Georgia retreat, owned by Grammy Award winning producer Dallas Austin, doesn’t come cheap – neither does the sprawling LA home reportedly owned by his doting mother, Pattie Lynn Mallette.
According to TMZ, the 20-year-old hit-maker has been paying for the upkeep of her 2,900 square foot property – including its $8,000 a month rent.

Despite its size, Pattie is understood to have kept her rented home under wraps – but allegedly found herself involved in a dispute when she made a series of improvements
without consulting her landlord.
The website claim she installed a mirror in her gym last summer, but failed to pay the relatively small $3,414 owed for the installation – because she thought the bill was too high.
It’s understood that Pattie settled the alleged debt last week, but the property’s owned is said to be unhappy with her decision to make modifications to the house without prior consent.

Elsewhere Justin’s plan to rent his own property – part of an exclusive gated community in Calabasas – has reportedly been hampered by another bill for $85,011 following damage repair service carried out by a local construction company.
TMZ claim the organisation has filed a mechanics lien against the 20-year-old star which it is said must be settled by next week otherwise the sale will not be able to go through.
Sources close to the singer, who is currently renting a mansion in Atlanta, have told TMZ that Justin is trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
This news comes after moving vans were spotted outside his Calabasas mansion on Tuesday to clear out his mansion ahead of Khloe moving in.
