Perhaps put off my the snowy weather she experiences while out and about in her berry stilettos on Monday, the former Spice Girls singer chose the sensible option as she
prepared for yet another day of shows.
Wrapping up against the winter chill, the mother-of-four looked every inch the devotes fashionista in a striking all-black ensemble, featuring immaculately tailored cigarette pants and a simple crew-neck sweater.
Victoria completed her effortlessly chic look with an oversized black wool boyfriend-style coat, while sheltering her eyes from the sun with a pair of two-tone aviator sunglasses from her VB AW14 collection.

The designer's appearance comes as she revealed during her New York Fashion Week stint that she is keen to branch out from clothing and create her own show line in the future.
Speaking to Fashionista.com, she said: 'You know, I do want to start a shoe collection. If anybody here is a shoe designer, please do come and see me!
'I definitely think shoes is probably the next category that I’ll look at going into; it's quite a competitive category but I would love to go into [it].

Monochrome magic: Victoria looked typically stylish in her on-trend patent brogues
'I actually work with Manolo Blahnik on the shoes for my show every season and working with him is remarkable.
'I think it’s very complicated… I wouldn’t just want to do a signature shoe — I'd have to make sure I’m working with the right factories, do a flat…'
Sunday saw Victoria showcase her latest collection to the great and good of the sartorial world, with the British megastar opting for a 360-degree design approach that she said she hopes will be 'paparazzi-proof'.
The result was a sophisticated offering with a confident handle on pleats, ruffles and tailoring that moved the line forward from seasons past.
Victoria explained in her show notes: 'The collection is about the embodiment of a modern and sophisticated spirit.
'Reflecting this elegant sensibility my use of proportion and line has been further evolved. I have focused on the details within each design and a 360 degree application of curves, pleats, intarsia, ruffles and cut outs.'
Slippery spice: Victoria's choice of footwear the previous day didn't fare too well with the snowy conditions in New York City
