But Naomi Campbell swapped sartorial stars for soap bigwigs as she arrived on stage to present a prize at the 2014 National Television Awards at London's The O2 on Thursday night.

Commanding attention from the moment she arrived on the red carpet, the 43-year-old fashion star positively dazzled in an edgy nude and metallic animal print bodycon gown from Michael Kors Resort collection.

Featuring a flattering flared hem, the form-fitting dress showed off the London-born beauty's toned curves to perfection as she settled into the annual event.

Teetering on a pair of towering strappy gold sandals, Naomi wore her raven locks poker straight, with a sharp fringe framing her face.

The catwalk queen completed her red carpet look with dramatic smokey eye make-up and nude lips to accentuate her striking supermodel features.

Handing over the gong to the likes of Abbey Clancy, Tess Daley and Craig Revel Horwood, the model proved herself to be quite the hostess with the mostess as she delivered her lines.

Coronation Street was the main winner of the night at the 2014 National Television Awards, taking home the coveted Best Serial Drama prize.
