The actress has taken it upon herself to educate women of the world about their bodies, and apparently bowel movements have a big part to play in keeping a check on your health.
And to prove it, Cameron, 41, joined Dr. Oz on his daytime talk show to have a serious chat about the best way to do a number two.
CHUG! CHUG! CHUG! Cameron Diaz downs a litre of water in 20 seconds during an appearance on The Dr. Oz Show
Diaz took out a bottle of water, and drank a full litre in 20 seconds, before explained that H2O helps your poo flow.
This is the best way for me to go poop in the morning,' Cameron proudly explains to Dr. Oz. 'Water wakes you up.
'First I brush my teeth because I don't want to swallow all the bacteria in my teeth from the night before. So I make sure that's gone and then I...' and she begins to chug from the bottle until it is empty.
Demonstration: The actress was talking about the best way to go to the toilet
Quite the role reversal: Cameron has gone from
playing a ruthless seductress in The Counsellor, to giving Gillian
McKeith a run for her money

'Let’s talk about poop, baby!,' she writes. 'Yes, you heard me right. Listen, it’s a natural and necessary part of being human. Now I know that some people don’t like talking about their bowel movements but here’s why I’m talking about it: because your poop is a key indicator of your overall health.
Quite the mouthful: The actress is promoting her
book The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and
Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body
A stool sample spectrum: Cameron willingly analysed the different types of human excrement on the American TV show
'So let’s get past the ick quotient and the modesty factor and become more familiar with what comes out the bottom of your beautiful bottom. Because poop is not ‘eeew’. It’s knowledge.'
The actress and TV host then scrutinized a few stool samples to show the difference between them when a person's water intake is at different levels.
Her candid no-holds-barred chat about poop was enough to earn her a high-five from Dr. Oz.
Surprising: Who would have thought Cameron Diaz would have so much to say about poop?
