Justin has yet to address his Thursday DUI arrest in Miami, where he was also cited for resisting arrest and driving on an expired license.
Instead, he has been spending time with his father Jeremy, girlfriend Chantel, and other members of his entourage as his manager Scooter Braun and mentor Usher as well as his mother Pattie Mallette have reportedly visited him at the beach side location to urge him to get help.
Radar's report that the star wants to quit the business stems from his exhaustion. 'Justin told Scooter and Usher he needs to take a break from making music and touring,' a source told the site. 'He complained that he toured for most of last year and he hasn’t had a chance to catch his breath.'

The Never Say Never singer is interested in opening a tattoo parlor.
'They have talked about it for a very long time. It’s his dream for it to be a very high-end parlor, unlike anything currently out there,' a source told the site.
The insider also said the star's team is worried this means he will just continue his party rampage.
'Everyone respects Justin’s desire for some down time, but too much idle time is when he typically gets in trouble,' said the insider.

Also on his mind is a change of scenery.
The Beauty And A Beat singer became disenchanted with his exclusive gated community an hour outside of Hollywood after alleged fights with neighbor Keyshawn Johnson, who just sold his house to Kourtney Kardashian.
Things got worse when the teen was accused of egging another neighbor's house (this comes after the star allegedly spit on and threatened to kill the man) and sheriffs raided his home for evidence, which resulted in his friend Lil Za being arrested.
Detectives are still interested in presenting a case to prosecutors, according to the New York Daily News.

Cyrus, whose daughter Miley is friends with Bieber, genuinely seemed concerned for the young star.
'I would say, first of all, hey, I’m sure he’s got lots of people talking to him right now,' Cyrus said to Access Hollywood.
