They are both Grammy Award-winning singers.

But Jennifer Hudson and Fergie have another thing in common - they are both glamorous mothers to little boys.

The stars both posted Instagram snaps of themselves dressed to the nines as they cuddled their young sons on Wednesday.

Fergie showed off her enviably toned legs in a short glittering red dress and black-and-white platform heels in the picture.

The 38-year-old wore her blonde hair in loose waves over her shoulders and sported silver eyeshadow and glossy crimson lips.

She cradled her five-month-old son Axl, who looked adorable in a hoodie, jeans, white-and-red trainers and a pageboy cap.

The Black Eyed Peas singer captioned the image: 'Mama got to hang with her lil homie today on the set of her #avonoutspoken shoot. #lilhomie'.

The eight-time Grammy Award winner recently said being a mother is more important to her than any accolades.

She told In Touch: 'I'm still trying to find my footing and balance it all. I think all new moms can relate to that.'

The Black Eyed Peas singer is reveling in motherhood — so much so that she's even altered her style to accommodate her son.

'I'm wearing lower heels when I hold my son - it’s definitely more comfortable,’ the style conscious star explained, before adding that she has even adjusted her famous sharp manicure.

Jennifer, meanwhile, sported fuchia-coloured lips as she gave son David Otunga Jr. a big kiss on his cheek.

The Oscar winner wore an all-black ensemble and styled her dark hair in a chic pixie 'do.

Her four-year-old little boy wore a red Puma T-shirt and a large black cap as he gave a shy smile for the camera.

'I got the sweetest little baby in the whole wide world ! Yes I do!', Jennifer wrote in the caption.
