The 41-year-old star, who is already a mother to daughters Nico and Ripley, gave a cheeky grin as she left a jewelers in central London on Wednesday morning.
All wrapped up the actress looked snug in a fleecy black jacket and stylish high-top trainers – just three months after she announced her third pregnancy.

She carried a large black leather handbag with appliqued stars on the front as she carefully negotiated her way down the steps from the central London shop.

Accompanied by a dark-haired friend, Thandie smiled as she caught sight of one of the paparazzi and tried to cover up her bare neck as she left a shop.
The Crash star - who is expecting her third child with husband Ol Parker – stood out from the crowd with her Hollywood smile despite being wrapped up warm.
Thandie and Ol announced in September that their daughters Ripley, who was born in 2000 and Nico, who was born in 2004, would soon have another little sister or brother to play with.

The 41-year-old retweeted a friend, who said: ‘Congrats to @kerrywashington @shondarhimes @BeersBetsy and all the Sag Awards nominees! Woohoo!’
The star also said: ‘Making a birthday cake using @Nigella_Lawson Domestic Goddess Pavlova recipe. Thinking about what a courageous and wonderful woman she is.’
