The sitcom, which was conceived and will be written by Martino, follows successful Ivy David who 'craves the stability she lacked in her childhood' and so dedicates herself to her career, neglecting her personal life in the process.
Susan and Eva will also co-executive produce.
The pair previously starred together in the 2002 film The Banger Sisters, about two former rock groupies and best friends (Sarandon and Goldie Hawn) who meet again years later.
