Gwyneth Paltrow 'ends feud with Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter'... and now the epic take-down piece may never make it to print

Gwyneth Paltrow has ended her feud with Vanity Fair's editor-in-chief Graydon Carter, according to Us Weekly.
A source reported that the pair recently talked out their differences after the 41-year-old actress tried to stop the upmarket magazine from printing what she believed was going to be a damning piece about the state of her marriage to Coldplay's Chris Martin.

The New York Times reported in September that the Iron Man star emailed her celebrity friends asking them not to talk to the magazine.

That 'forced my hand,' Graydon told the London Times in October. 'We started a story on her...it'll run.'

Apparently the pair spoke on the phone a few weeks ago, the insider told Us, and 'worked out some of their differences.'

Now the story may not run at all or, if it does, it won't be as bad as the rumours surrounding it had suggested, according to the insider.
Speculation was rife about Vanity Fair's plans for an 'epic take-down' and there were rumours it would portray the state of her marriage in negative light.
'The story was never going to be as bad as tabloids were guessing,' a source told Us.

'That whole angle about the alleged affairs was something that was made up and was never something that anyone at Vanity Fair believed was legitimate and was never going to be in a story they were working on.'
The blonde star and her rocker husband have been married since 2003 and recently moved from London to Los Angeles with their two children, nine-year-old Apple and seven-year-old Moses.
