On Thursday the beauty showed off a very different side to her personality as she directed actors on the Australian set of her new film Unbroken.
Not only did the 38-year-old chuck her customary black attire in favor of more cheerful colors, but she also stopped to take selfies with young fans and even told the crowd, 'G'day everyone' as she smiled happily.
Looks like fiancé Brad Pitt's recent visit turned her normally serious mood around.

The actress was seen talking to her film's actors who were dressed in vintage dresses and suits.
At one point the actress turned director - who last was behind the camera for In The Land Of Blood And Honey - turned to a sea of fans and said, 'Do you like all the 1920s stuff?' according to an onlooker.
She was extremely affable and approachable.
Unbroken is drama that covers the life of Olympic runner Louis Zamperini who was taken prisoner by Japanese forces during World War II.

The Coen brothers worked on the script.
The movie, which is expected to be released on Christmas day in 2014, has been shooting Down Under for the past two months.

The Wanted actress also took time chat with several of the spectators.

Knox looked sporty in shorts, a white T-shirt, trainers and a mini trucker hat.

She didn't go completely without the dark color though. Her slacks were black as was the ribbon on her hat, and the lacy bra that peeked out from under her top.
She smartly wore her hair in a braided ponytail and seemed to be wearing no makeup. Gold-rimmed Ray-Ban aviators shielded her eyes from the sun.
Short pink nails helped show off her enormous diamond Robert Procop engagement ring from Brad.

The 12 Years A Slave actor looked thrilled to be reunited with his family as he took photographs and watched his children paddle board.
The 49-year-old has been in England shooting his WWII movie Fury in which he plays Wardaddy.
The actor will turn 50 on December 18 and is expected to be with his family then. He will reportedly be in Australia over the Christmas holiday.
Angelina's Unbroken doesn't wrap until January.
