Victoria Beckham set to take a bite out of the Big Apple as she announces New York office for fashion brand

Earlier this year she revealed she wanted her fashion brand ‘to get bigger and bigger’ and that she 'absolutely wants an empire’.
And on Friday Victoria Beckham got one step further to fulfilling her dream as it was announced her company is set to open an office in New York in the New Year.
Taking to Twitter to share a link revealing more news of the expansion, the mother-of-four wrote: ‘Excited to announce my NY office x vb’

The report in Vogue reveals that the former Spice Girl, 39, has acquired a 4,500-square-foot space which will be home for the US wholesale team.

CEO of the company Zach Duane told the magazine: ‘Following a period of expansion for the brand in the market over the past two years, the launch of pre collections across all categories signalled a need for a permanent office in the US to support the business.
‘We are looking forward to opening our first office outside of the UK and will be announcing the details of our US team shortly.’

The office, which will also be used as a seasonal showroom space, is located in Manhattan’s Chelsea on 511 West 25th Street and shares the same building as Target.
It’s thought she is also due to open her flagship store on Dover Street in London at around the same time.
Speaking about the location previously she said: ‘This is where I want to have my first store. I’d like to do something that is really new, really fresh.  Something a little bit conceptual – but not too much.’
The news comes in the same week she won the Special Contribution to British Fashion gong at the Harpers Bazaar Women Of The Year Awards.
