Jennifer Lopez made a run for it during a break from filming her latest movie, The Boy Next Door, in California on Monday.
The actress threw on her trainers and Lycra as she headed out for a jog in the sunny Antelope Valley.
The 44-year-old looked every inch the seasoned runner as she strapped her music player to her arm, and showed everyone just how she keeps her impressive figure in check.

The Hollywood star was spotted shooting scenes for the film alongside John Corbett, 52, on Monday, who plays her ex-husband.
The stars had to kiss frequently for the camera in one take after another, a job that many wouldn't be considered too difficult.
In the thriller, Jennifer plays a divorcee who begins an illicit affair with a teen who lives next door and has befriended her son.
When she tries to break it off, things go awry very quickly and the young man turns dangerous in his obsession with her.
