And Michael Douglas is candidly discussing his hopes for the future of his relationship with Catherine Zeta-Jones.
'I hope to resolve my marriage in a positive fashion,' he tells GQ magazine in a new interview.
A US report said that Douglas recently announced the news to his friends, with the report stating that he 'couldn't be happier; and 'he was overheard saying they have reconciled.'

Awarded GQ's Diva Of The Year Award in the December issue of the magazine, Douglas also discussed his long acting career,
And the star, who has won two Oscars, two Golden Globe awards, an Emmy says he thinks Hollywood has 'always underestimated' him.
The 69-year-old veteran star said he felt his peers felt surprised by his tour de force performance as flamboyant musician Liberace in HBO's Behind the Candelabra.
'I've always felt a little underestimated, personally,' he said. 'I've got a pretty good batting average over forty years. Sometimes maybe it looked easy.'
Douglas appeared alongside Matt Damon in the made-for-HBO film which saw both actors receive Emmy nods.
'I'm actually taking a sort of joy, a revengeful joy, in the fact that all the studios turned it down,' said Douglas. 'To me it was just a reflection of how constipated and conservative the studios have become.'

Douglas also referred to the recent problems suffered in his marriage, his battle with tongue cancer and his eldest son Cameron's incarceration in jail. 'It's been a couple of tough years here and this [Emmy] has been sort of the candle on top of the cake, I guess.'
Cameron, 34, - whose mother is the actor's former wife Diandra Lucker - is currently in solitary confinement for drug offences and the Wall Street star believes he has been given a tougher sentence because of his famous father.
He said: 'They gave him an additional four and a half years to his sentence [after he was caught with drugs in prison] and put him in solitary for eleven months, and no family visits for two years.

'[The extra sentence is] the longest
by far in the history of the United States penal system. You'd have to
ask this judge why. They don't want [judges] to look soft on a white kid

He admitted to being angry at Cameron's crimes, but says he is now 'turning his anger on the system.'
Douglas added: 'It's his fault that he's in there, no bones about that. I can't say I wouldn't want to strangle him when this all happened.'
