In Entertainment Weekly's Entertainers Of The Year issue the 49-year-old said she's happy being single after a painful 2011 divorce from Jesse James.
'You know what, if it should come along, great,' she admitted. 'But I feel like I'm not missing anything yet. Maybe one day I will.'
White hot: Sandra Bullock told the December 6 issue of Entertainment Weekly she's not really looking to date just yet
'My son is three years old, which is an amazing age,' she stated. 'Four is an even better age. So if something happens, great, but if not, I've got plenty to do.'
She is currently promoting her acclaimed turn in Gravity for which she could receive an Oscar nomination.
Excellent mommy: The 49-year-old admits she lets son Louis sleep in her bed
'I'm open to whatever comes our way,' she let out.
'I know that sounds vague, but I'm so lucky with what I have and I'm so in love with our life and our routine and how simple and how massive it is. But whatever comes along.'
Adorbs!: The screen queen is so hands on, she even carries her tot to school, which she is seen doing here in March 2012
'I'm so embarrassed for him,' she started. 'It's a booty call. But he wants the commitment and then marriage and I'm like, "Dude, I don't have the time."'
The cover girl didn't stop there when talking about her friend of 25 years. 'He's all, "But I'm not a one-night stand kind of guy,"' she added, then finished with, 'Well, then, I can't. Drunk dialing is what it is, George. I just need an hour of your time.'
But the funny girl was for the most part super serious during her six page spread in EW, where she modeled white and red dresses, and reflected on her tumultuous past.
'When people are like, "Life is good," I go, "No life is a series of disastrous moments, painful moments, unexpected moments, and things that will break your heart. And in between those moments, that's when you savor, savor, savor,' she offered.
Heartbreak: The actress, who divorced Jesse

After planning Louis birthday party (she doesn't name the date), the Virginia native will finish 'decorating his room,' though she admitted he has never stayed in it. That's right, the little boy has always shared her bed.
'Guess whose hot feet are on my face in the night?' she joked.
She's also getting ready for Thanksgiving as well as already planning Christmas which includes, 'Getting the ski rental gar, getting the sleigh ride together,' she revealed.
Sandra can't seem to get through an interview lately without singing the praises of her Heat co-star Melissa McCarthy.
'Melissa and I have that loving, weird connection where you just went, "Wow, you can't buy it, you can't manufacture it,"' she said.
'We're so different in our comedy styles, but somehow they complemented each other and we were a modern odd couple.'
Sadly, she said she doesn't want to do Heat 2.
The star also admitted to some vanity, which might be a first for her.
When asked if she thought her performance in Gravity was good she said she nitpicked every part it.
'I'm an actress!' she explained. 'We're vain, crazy, narcissistic creatures.'
