TMZ contacted Rowe after the former doctor - found guilty of the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson - said that he and the King of Pop used to joke about how sexually unattractive they believed she was.
'A Jackson fan will shoot him dead, and I'd buy the bullet,' Rowe, 54, reportedly told the gossip site.
Threatening words: Debbie Rowe has reportedly
said she would 'buy the bullet' for a Michael Jackson fan to shoot
Conrad Murray after the doctor spoke ill of her in an interview
'I wouldn't shoot him but I'd buy the bullet ... a hollow-point.' She mentions the expanding bullet that has a pit or hollowed out shape in its tip, which causes more damage to the tissue as it travels through the target.
'If I had a dog as ugly as him [Murray] I'd shave its ass, make it walk backwards and put a wig on it,' Debbie continues. 'It takes two to f*** and there's not enough alcohol in the world.'
Rowe has her own horse ranch, and brings that into the conversation when comparing herself to Murray.
'At least I can breed. He can't even write prescriptions anymore.'
The mother of Prince and Paris Jackson, Rowe also doesn't believe Murray's claims that her ex-husband took his own life by injecting himself with the fatal dose of Propofol while he was in another room.
Rude: Conrad said that he and Jackson used to joke about not wanting to have sex with Rowe
'It's so disgusting he's trashing the dead,' she told TMZ. 'The jury sure didn't buy his story.'
This isn't the first medical professional Debbie has had a war of words with, for in September, the 54-year-old nurse got into a conflict with dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein on Twitter, after he alleged she took the powerful painkillers from his practice to feed the singer's addiction.
Debbie - who is mother to two of Michael's kids, Prince,16, and 15-year-old Paris - strongly denied the claims in a series of furious tweets by insisting Klein was trying to deflect from what she believes is his involvement in the events that ultimately led to Michael's death from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009.
Fresh controversy: Debbie Rowe threatened to sue
Michael Jackson's doctor over accusations she stole Demerol to supply
to the late star, pictured in France in 1997
'You can't stop the truth it's an injustice that Klein will never be tried for his involvement. He is a spineless enigma with a deadly touch. (sic)'
The accusations come after Debbie had blamed Dr. Klein for fueling Michael's drug addiction when she appeared in court during Katherine Jackson's billion dollar lawsuit against concert promoters AEG Live in July.
Katherine is suing the company for damages for their alleged role in the wrongful death of her son.
