The X Factor judge was spotted arriving at London’s Heathrow airport in time for the first live shows this weekend.
While Mrs O shivered in the chilly UK temperatures her daughter Kelly attempted to bring some summer style to the capital with her quirky sunglasses.
Feeling chilly: Sharon Osbourne tries to keep
herself warm as she jets into London with daughter Kelly in time for the
first X Factor live show on Saturday
Sharon, 61, looked down in the dumps as she touched down in London, with the star greeted by blustery weather after her long transatlantic flight.
The family matriarch was well wrapped up against the cold in her big black coat but the red head couldn’t help but shiver as she walked through Arrivals with Kelly.
Hiding her face behind her aviator shades, Sharon gripped Kelly’s hand in an attempt to stay warm.
Kelly, 28, was also sporting some shades just like her mum with the Fashion Police star choosing a quirky pair of retro sunnies, which coordinated with her dotty head scarf perfectly.
Smile! Sharon managed a small grin as she walked arm in arm with Kelly, who looked stylish in her statement sunglasses
The star left her purple locks in an up for and wore a Chanel cardigan underneath her houndstooth coat, finishing off her dressed-down designer look with white loafers featuring metallic gold bows.
Kelly’s fiancé Matthew Mosshart was also spotted arriving at the airport with the model bearing more than a passing resemblance to Kelly’s rocker dad Ozzy with his long wavy locks.
Sharon is back in the UK in time for the first live X Factor show on Saturday night where her Overs trio of Sam Bailey, Shelley Smith and Lorna Simpson will compete against acts from rival judges Nicole Scherzinger, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh.

Jet lag: Sharon looked tired as she hid behind her aviator shades, letting Kelly take charge of the arrangements
While Nicole, Louis and Gary have been based in the UK in the run up to the first live night, Sharon has come in for some criticism for choosing to mentor her girls from across the pond, using Skype to communicate.
A show source revealed to the Metro this week that even though Mrs O has chosen to fly back and forth between her home in LA and the UK, her acts won’t be at a disadvantage.
My man: Kelly's fiance Matthew Mosshart joined Kelly and Sharon as the trio landed at Heathrow airport
‘Sharon will be away from her acts for three days, which is a shame as they are bound to get nervous and want reassurance and last-minute help with their acts. However, Sharon has put in a lot of extra work with them this weekend, choosing their songs, styling and choreography.’
‘She even spent Sunday night having dinner with her acts at The X Factor house. Most people would get jet lag but Sharon is used to it. She’s a pro and has promised her acts she’s only ever a phone call away.’
Jet set style: Kelly looked chic in her houndstooth print coat as she and Matthew loaded their designer luggage into the car
Sharon revealed to ITV’s Lorraine this week that if her acts do need some face to face support she can rely on her kind-hearted rival judges to step in:
‘I get calls from Nicole and Gary and they’ll say to me, “We know you are travelling back and forth and if there is anything you want me to do or anybody needs some extra time, we’re here.”‘
Whilst it looks like Kelly has jetted in to support her mum’s X Factor comeback, Sharon’s husband Ozzy is on the other side of the world for Black Sabbath’s South American leg of their worldwide reunion tour.

The singer was spotted looking the picture of health and happiness at his hotel in Rio de Janiero on Wednesday with the 64-year-old showing no sign of tiredness as he hung out with a pal between gigs.
The father of six swapped his usual black attire and heavy eye make-up for a white bath robe as he relaxed and shared a joke with his friend.
Earlier this year it was revealed that the singer had slipped back into his old ways, returning to drink and drugs after years of sobriety, before getting clean again in March of this year.
Cheer up Sharon: The X Factor judge didn't look
happy to leave the sunny climes of Los Angeles where she's been
mentoring her acts from afar
His wife of over 30 years, Sharon, has opened up about the traumatic time in her new memoir Unbreakable, which hits shelves this week.
Whilst Ozzy will be on the road with the Black Sabbath world reunion tour until just before Christmas, son Jack is still going strong on US show Dancing with the Stars where his family have been cheering him on as he shows off his moves with pro partner Cheryl Burke.
Back and forth: Sharon will be jetting between her home in Los Angeles and London as the X Factor live shows kick off
