'He made me believe in myself in a whole brand-new way': Julia Roberts gushes about husband of 11 years Danny Moder during festival speech

She's normally tight lipped about her love life. But on Monday night at the Hollywood Film Festival, Julia Roberts opened up... a lot.
During the acceptance speech for her Best Supporting Actress win for her turn in August: Osage County, the icon gave her husband of 11 years, camera man Danny Moder, some major props, according to People.
'More than anything, the singular man who got me out of the house and on a plane to Oklahoma to do this [movie] - and it made me believe in myself in a whole brand new way - is my husband, who is here tonight … Danny Moder. I love you, babe,' the Pretty Woman told a packed crowd.

The gorgeous brunette - who was earlier presented by Sean Penn - appeared enthusiastic as she stepped in front of the microphone inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Looking far younger than her 45 years, the Oscar winner glowed in a white long-sleeved mini dress that had a floral design at the bottom. Her pins were accented by red pointy pumps.
Her characteristic long locks were brushed and wavy but not over styled.

Picking up on Sean's speech about how she loves to eat, the Georgia native said, 'Fortunately, I am a hearty eater, which I told my husband 13 years ago when he asked me out on a date. "Prepare yourself. I won't just have a salad,"' she remembers telling him. 'But that's worked out for us,' she joked.
The actress - who famously laughed about indulging in bacon all day during her Oscar speech in 2001 (she won for Erin Brockovich) - looked slender at the awards ceremony.
After she left the stage, she returned to Danny's side.
'They held hands under the table the entire night,' an eyewitness tells MailOnline.
'It was like they were newlyweds, they seemed so in love with each other. She was smiling all night and constantly whispering in his ear.
'It must have been a fun date night out for them, away from the kids and all.'
The party goer also tells MailOnline that the couple - that met on the set of the 2001 Brad Pitt film The Mexican - spent some time talking to other celebrities.

'Danny and Sean  looked like they were getting along really well,' says the source. 'The whole time, Julia beamed at Danny. She didn't really look at Sean.
'For a while Julia stopped to talk to Sandra Bullock. But she held Danny's hand the entire time.'
The Eat Pray Love star has been in the spotlight lately for her reunion with the cast of her 1988 hit film Mystic Pizza.
She was shot with co-stars Lili Taylor and Annanbeth Gish for the cover of Entertainment Weekly to celebrate the 25 year anniversary of the movie.
The girls, and other cast members, also appeared together for a chat on Good Morning America last week, going over their experience on the set.
Julia has not slowed down her work schedule. She recently completed shooting the AIDS activist TV movie The Normal Heart with Matt Bomer and Mark Ruffalo. It's set in the '80s and is directed by Ryan Murphy.
The mother of three - she has twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, aged eight, and Henry, aged six with Danny, 44 - resides in Malibu.
