Just last month, Jimmy revealed that he received an angry phone call from Kanye, after he failed to see the funny side of a skit aimed at the rapper.
'Tomorrow night my guest will be @kanyewest,' the 45-year-old Tweeted on Tuesday.
Adding: 'For real, yes and was it all a setup, no.'
The talk show host revealed on his show last month: 'Quick question: Did anyone else get a very angry phone call from Kanye West about an hour and a half ago? Just me? OK, I didn’t know if he was mad at all of us.'
He went on to say: 'He told me I had two choices: apologise publicly … and that was really the only choice! The other choice he gave was that my life … "Your life is going to be much better if you apologize.’”

'It’s simple, mediocre dreamers think this is humorous but all Kanye is pretty much saying in the interview is to dream to be the best.'
'Jimmy K. is the EVIL guy trying to keep people in a box and not want more out of themselves. He does this by making fun of real dreamers THE NEW ROCKSTARS! ;) No but really please think about what i’m saying.'
Music mogul Irving Azoff also chimed in at the time, writing: 'Hey @jimmykimmel @kanyewest kicked your ass. You look like a joke trying to exploit this.'

'Jimmy Kimmel, I don't take it as a joke...you don't have scum bags hopping over fences trying to take pictures of your daughter.'
