She’s got an extremely hectic schedule at the moment as she jets between the US and the UK to judge on two talent shows, but if Mel B has been feeling the strain she wasn’t showing it in New York on Wednesday.
The Spice Girl brightened up a busy day in a shockingly bright yellow dress.
The neon pop of colour was sure to wake the mother-of-three up as she dashed around the city for Fashion Week and filming duties for her hit show America’s Got Talent.

The 38-year-old looked stunning in the figure-hugging frock which showed off her gym-honed body to perfection.

The star was spotted in the striking look as she hit New York Fashion Week and it looks like Mel hasn’t grown tired of judging as she was the star guest at an event which saw her evaluating clothes made out of Subway wrappers.

Mel joined Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin, TV personality Raina Seitel and Mrs. Connecticut 2013 Lori-Ann Marchese at the Project Subway fashion show where they all judged the impressive creations.

There was just time for a quick dash back to her New York city hotel with husband Stephen Belafonte before Mel was out and about again, this time filming auditions in the city for America’s Got Talent.

Clearly a fan of her yellow dress, Mel left the frock on but did swap her shoes, trading her Christian Louboutin black spiked heels for a coordinating pair of citrus bright pumps.

With her long dark locks tied back into a high ponytail and a chunky gold watch on, Mel looked fresh-faced and bright-eyed despite her busy day.

Mel met up with her co-judges Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Howard Stern for another day on the judging panel, after the group jetted into the East coast earlier in the week from their home base in Los Angeles.

On Tuesday Mel and Heidi were spotted enjoying a rare bit of down time between auditions, as they put their feet up during a break.

The two are pictured lounging around catching up with their reading.

Mel looks searingly hot in a figure-hugging red dress while former model Heidi, 40, bares her shoulders in a cool blue sparkly number.

Both are sporting seriously sexy high-heeled shoes but 5ft 9ins Heidi's towering blue-suede wedges are particularly intimidating.

The pair got straight down to work after flying into New York from Los Angeles on a luxury private jet the previous day.

Busy Mel was spotted outside The Trump Soho Hotel on Tuesday, dressed in shiny black leggings, a black T-shirt and comfy white trainers.

She was carrying the cute red dress she later wore in a garment bag, along with a bottle of water to hydrate in the New York heat.

On Monday night, she kicked off her personal fashion parade in a clingy blue number with matching shoes.

Mel, who is currently filming new ITV dance show Stepping Out in London, has been flying back and forth across the pond for the live shows every week.

The celebrity is dividing her time between London, Los Angeles and New York as she juggles filming commitments with family life.

She and Stephen have a daughter Madison, two.

Mel is also mum to Angel Iris Murphy Brown, six, from a short-lived fling with Eddie Murphy and Phoenix Chi Gulzar, 14, from her marriage to Dutch dancer Jimmy Gulzar.

On Saturday she used her latest trip back to London to catch up with with former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell over dinner, after recently hinting at a possible collaboration.
