Street in 2010 - welcomed their first baby boy via surrogate on Tuesday
The Dallas actress first met Andrew when they worked together on the set of Texas
Chainsaw Massacre, which he produced.
The couple got married in 2007 in a ceremony on Nevis Island in the Carribean.
Baby Julian will also be welcomed by the couple's two beloved golden labradors, Henry and Ella.
Plenty to be happy about! Jordana Brewster was
spotted smiling her heart out in West Hollywood at the end of August as
she went to get her nails done... probably waiting on the good news
The actress recently stressed that
any children of hers will not be following her into the film industry,
if she has anything to do with it.
‘Whenever I have a kid, if he or she says, 'I want to be an actor,' I’ll say, 'Please don’t do it!'' she told Marie Claire.
‘But no-one in my family was in show-business, so they didn’t know any better.’
During another telling interview in
the January 2013 issue of Latina, Jordana told the magazine of her hopes
and expectations for children.
Love! Jordana and Andrew - spotted here at LAX in August - met on the set of Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which Andrew produced
'I definitely want to have kids. I want two,' she said.
'I grew up with a sister, but I know
Andrew would love boys, but I'll take what I can get. One thing that
I've always sort of loved and been enamored by is the idea of having
twins.'
The actress went on: 'My dad was a
twin, so it runs in the family. Fingers crossed. So we're thinking about
having kids but I don't know when it'll happen. I feel very ready now.'
Whilst Jordana continues her role as
Elena Ramos on Dallas, Andrew continues to produce horror movies with A
Nightmare On Elm Street being one of his latest offerings.
Kicking goals: Jordana - who starred in Fast
& Furious - is now starring in TV series Dallas, whilst Andrew is
directing back-to-back horror movies
