Things are certainly looking up for Melanie Brown.
After years in the post-Spice Girls wilderness, a near constant flow of judging roles on talent competitions in the U.S., England and Australia has ensured the 38-year-old is now not only doing well but also developing an extensive collection of addresses.
Having recently moved back to Los Angeles, California, from Down Under, Mel B was spotted checking out properties on the East Coast on Wednesday.

The former Spice Girl had been planning on living in Australia for some time, but with her American star on the rise again thanks to a role on America's Got Talent and
a guest spot as the host of the New York-based Today Show, the mother of three is looking to expand her property portfolio.
On Wednesday she and husband Stephen Belafonte were out and about in New York looking for somewhere to rest their heads while the singing turned television star is on the East Coast.
The couple already have a home on the West Coast that they share with their four children - Phoenix and Angel from Mel's previous relationships, Giselle from Stephen's previous relationship and their one-year-old Madison.

While currently staying in a hotel, they pair headed off to see a classic New york apartment building.

Allowing her curvacious figure to be the centre of attention the 38-year-old accessorised the look simply wearing a pair of gloss black Christian Louboutins and toting a very large Chanel shoulder bag.
