Back with a bang! Christina Aguilera shows off the beginnings of her dramatic weight loss as she returns to The Voice.. while Adam Levine is wooed by a male contestant

Last season she took a hiatus from reality talent show The Voice to concentrate on her music career.
But Christina Aguilera was back with a bang as season five of the Emmy Award winning show kicked off on Monday night.
Wearing a very fitted glittering mini dress, the 32-year-old showed off the beginnings of her recent weight loss during the pre-recorded show.

The Beautiful star has since shed even more pounds, but on Monday night's show, Christina was body confident as she took to the stage with old pals Adam Levine,
Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green.
The show had its usual eclectic group of contestants including a male admirer who showed a fancy for Adam despite the judge's well known penchant for glamorous Victoria's Secret Angels models.
The come-on came from bartender Nic Hawk, who impressed all the coaches with his rendition of Blu Cantrell's Hit 'Em Up Style.
After the Maroon 5 frontman turned his chair for a peek the plucky contestant called out: ‘What's going on handsome?’

‘Flattery will get you everywhere,’ added Levine, 34, who is currently engaged to underwear model Behati Prinsloo.
While Cee Lo Green and Adam fought for Nic's attention the flamboyant 26-year-old fretted that Adam's pretty face might distract him from the job.

The unusual exchange marked a highlight in the season five premiere of the TV talent show, which has reunited all the original stars to the judging table after Usher and Shakira filled in last season.
The night kicked off with the coaches performing I Love Rock N' Roll by Joan Jett and The Blackhearts.
