She's been sporting glitzy slings since she dislocated her shoulder while filming the remix to her hit single #Beautiful.
But there was no brace in sight as Mariah Carey cuddled up in bed with 'dem babies' on Sunday.
'Watching
"The Croods" while anxiously awaiting Daddy's arrival! @nickcannon,'
the 43-year-old tweeted with an adorable snapshot of herself and her
two-year-old twins.
Come home soon! Mariah tweeted a picture of
herself and her twins Moroccon, left, and Monroe, right, as they waited
for her husband Nick Cannon to return
Comfortably dressed
down for a cosy evening as she waited for her husband Nick Cannon to
return home, Mariah opted to wear a silky pink robe and pulled her thick
locks back into a ponytail.
But she still sported a bit of make-up, looking pretty for the camera as she flashed a grin and cradled her pet pooch Mutley.
Meanwhile,
her son, Moroccan, and daughter, Monroe, were more than ready for bed,
appearing a bit tired as they sat in their pajamas.
Man of the house: Nick Cannon, right, certainly had a sight to come home to
'Roc was sitting to the
diva singer's right, not paying attention to the picture being taken,
as 'Roe pointed her hands at the camera.
The
three were supposed to be watching the film The Croods, but they may
have listened to some tunes as well, because an iPod and speakers sat at
the front of the bed that was covered with a white comforter.
Last month, the American Idol judge was
rushed to hospital after taking a tumble while filming a video for a
remix to her hit single - which was directed by her husband Nick Cannon -
and the songbird insists the accident was down to her feeling fatigued
during the long shoot.
Where's the brace? Mariah was previously sporting an arm sling after inguring herself, but there was no sign of it on Sunday
She explained on TV show Entertainment Tonight: 'It wasn't Nick's fault, it was my fault.
'Honestly,
I had been working for a really long time, and you know how when you're
posing? I was posing, and my arm was like [shaking]. It was shaking at
that point, so it was very fatigued. And about the ninth take, the tenth
take, I was on a roll, darling, a roll! And the next thing I knew, I
was on the floor, baby...on cement.'
Despite
her injuries, Mariah returned to the set to complete the video after
being discharged from hospital and was hailed as a 'trooper' by Nick,
32, with whom she has two-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe.
He
previously said: 'She's such a trooper. I was going to rush to the
hospital with her, but she said, "You get back in there and finish that
video!" Then, after they put her shoulder back in place, bandaged her
all up, she came back to the video early in the morning and finished out
everything.'
Poor Mariah: The singer previously tweeted this picture of herself having some trouble getting by with the injury
