The X Factor boss, who was at the centre of affair rumours with the brunette, will give her the property once she has divorced husband Andrew.
"He has agreed to give his house on the Trousdale estate in Beverly Hills to her," the Daily Mirror revealed.
The reports also imply that his relationship with her is 'over and it is understood he will continue to live in another property nearby, visiting the child when he can'.
Lauren, 36, is said to be moving in with her mum.
