Kim finally stepped out — with baby North! The new mom and her baby girl were spotted for the first time since North was born, while out and about with Kanye West and a nanny on August 14! Kim Kardashian, 32, has finally emerged, eight weeks after giving birth to her daughter North West on June 15! The new mom looked stunning as she made her first public appearance in two months, with Kanye West and baby Nori by her side. In her first post-baby appearance, Kim looked happy and healthy as she walked into the doctor’s office. HollywoodLife.com previously reported that Kim’s first post-birth appearance would be during an ordinary situation, like going to the doctor’s office. “It’s not going to be some big thing,” a source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “She will just bring baby North out with her one day somewhere. You might not see her face but that’s the plan for right now.” Unfortunately, we did not see North’s face in the photos, but we did notice Kanye’s adorable affection toward Kim. Kim Records Sweet Message For Mom Kris While Kim finally stepped out of the safety of her own home, this isn’t technically the first time we’ve seen the new mom since she welcomed baby North in June! Kimmy made a surprise “appearance” on her mom Kris Jenner’s talk show, Kris, on August 2, appearing on the television screen in a secret video! In the short clip, Kim congratulated her mom on the success of her talk show, telling her that she watches everyday but is loving her time at home with Nori too much to visit in person – but we only got to see her face!
