Jack P Shepherd is definitely not the life and soul of the party.
The Coronation Street star, who's played David Platt on the soap since he was 12, feels older than his years.
‘I've always been miserable!' says Jack, 25.
‘I'm like a 40-year-old. It's probably having been around adults since I was young that's done it.'
The actor - who is a dad to daughter Nyla, 4, with fiancée Lauren Shippey - is also very mature when it comes to domestic duties.
‘I've got a bit of OCD, where everything has to be tidy,' says Jack.
‘I'll finish filming and then go home and tidy the house.
'After I've tidied, I do all the washing and the dishwasher and then get the spray out.'
