According to the Daily Star, BB bosses made the decision to avoid any fights breaking out between the boxer and his former housemate Hazel O'Sullivan.
Producers say Daley forfeited his invite when he was removed from the house after behaving 'aggressively' towards the Irish beauty.
And although he insists the threatening to 'nut' her was all in jest, it's probably best he stays away.
