Photos: Come on in! Tyler Perry Opens The Doors To His Jaw Dropping Atlanta Mansion As He Puts It On The Market For $25 Million

Forget Texas, seems everything is bigger in Georgia.

While it may not be the most expensive celebrity property around, Tyler Perry's Atlanta home is definitely in the running for the biggest and grandest celeb pads.

The 45-year-old star has just listed his astonishing mansion for sale for $25 million.

While $25 million might seem like a lot, the new owner is probably going to need a map just to get from their bedroom to the bathroom in the 34,688-square-foot house, let alone navigate the sprawling property itself.

Located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Tyler's monstrous house sits on 17 acres of land.

Running to the neighbours for a cup of sugar is certainly not an option as the house is surrounded in stunning park-like land which also boasts views of access to the

Chattahoochee River.

It is little wonder the listing describes the home as 'the most compelling private residence to ever be offered to market in the history of Atlanta'.

While getting to shops and activities is hardly a leisurely stroll, there is more than enough things to do on the estate.

The property includes a competition size tennis court located over the top of a tiered garage, a so-called hobby house when the outdoors get too much, a movie theatre, a spa, a two-story library, and a fully equipped gym.

But wait there is certainly more, one of its most astonishing features includes an underground ballroom with a full sized catering kitchen.

There is also one of the most spectacular pools that forms the centrepiece of the home.

Inside the home, there are seven bedrooms - each of which has its own colour palette - and a casual 15 bathrooms.

Built in 2007, the creator of the Madea franchise's home also more grand fireplaces and chandeliers than most castles.

Tyler is understood to be giving up his castle as he is building a new one also in the Atlanta area.
