'I wanted to cover my face with my hair!' Pregnant Scarlett Johansson tells Queen Latifah she was terrified to go makeup free for Vanity Fair

She's almost universally considered to be one of the most gorgeous women in the world.
But even Scarlett Johansson panicked just before she had to go makeup free in a shoot for Vanity Fair's recent 20th anniversary.
The 29-year-old told Queen Latifah on Tuesday's show that she tried to pull her hair in front of her face and was alarmed at by closely the camera drew to her face.

'It seemed so close, move that camera... I want to put my hair in my face and make it messy,' she told the beloved chat show host on her CBS show.
Scarlett and Kate Winslet were shot by Chuck Close in 'makeup-free' portraits.
'I don't do glamour shots, and they're not airbrushed or whatever. So they can be, um...they can be rough,' Close told the magazine.
Scarlett, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Roman Dauriac, recently admitted she found it equally difficult to bare all for alien flick, Under the Skin.

In Under the Skin, Scarlett plays a seductive alien luring men back to her home to harvest them, one of her tricks in the movie is her sexuality and showing all of her 'skin.'
She told reporters: 'You look at the nudity and you assume it's going to be a screen shot for someone.'
Scarlett continued: 'You kind of have to weigh the value of the risk you are taking, is this gratuitous? Is this a vanity project, or is this an important part of this character's journey to self discovery ... I'm not a provocative person. It's not like I live to be photographed in the buff or anything like that.'
'It really made me aware of when I was doing it, all the kinds of judgments and all of these things we place on ourselves,' she said.

'How self-conscious you can be about the way you look, your own vanity ... It was really challenging but it was interesting like, 'I really am self-conscious about this or I'm holding on to this idea I should look like that' ... We all have it. I guess as a woman, we have it more, I don't know.'
She also hinted at her French beau's old fashioned ways.
Scarlett said: 'You're asking is chivalry lost. No not in my experience. I don't know any other way.'
