The Barbadian beauty preferred to reside in her penthouse in New York City and the LA house went up for rent in November 2013 for $65,000 a month.
Now the singer has apparently given up on that plan and put the palatial retreat up for sale with an asking price of $14,995,000, which is roughly three million more than what she paid for the place.
The property boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and 20 parking spaces, available to tenants, according to RadarOnline.
