That's what happened to Kim Kardashian on Monday when the 33-year-old ordered an omelet at the non-trendy, off-the-beaten-path Ed's Coffee Shop in West Hollywood and bumped into Reggie Bush, 29, and his future wife Lilit Avagyan, 26.
'It seemed uncomfortable,' an eyewitness told UsWeekly.

When Kim - dressed to the nines in a white Kardashian Kollection dress and beige heels - noticed Reggie, it was too late to walk out as he had already seen her.
So the Keeping Up With The Kardashians fixture had to sit there as the NFL star and his shapely wife to be - who resembles Kim but is seven years younger - enjoyed their meal together.
Kim, who never goes anywhere without her phone, must have scrolled through her BlackBerry to look busy as her athlete ex doted on his younger companion.
After struggling through what must have been one of the worst meals of her life, Kim went to baby store Bel Bambini, which was in walking distance.
That's the same children's shop she stopped by with sister Kourtney in early 2013 to register for baby supplies before she had daughter North in June with rapper Kanye West.

The E! star dated Bush for two years.
During their romance she saw her star rise from being the girl in a sex tape to blossoming into an international celebrity with a clothing line and reality show to her name.
It was expected that Kim and Reggie - who always looked so happy next to each other on a red carpet - would marry, but he never got down on one knee to propose to the reality queen.
When they split in 2010 after being on and off for a while, it was headline news.

'Reggie and Kim have been talking since she split with Kris,' an insider told Us. He'd been 'comforting' her, the source added. But then he moved on.
Bush met Avagyan soon after and in May 2013 they welcomed Briseis.
They are also engaged, and Bush has said they will tie the knot this summer, just as Kim plans to do with West on May 24 in France.
