Penelope Cruz styles her hair in youthful side braid as she reunites with director Ridley Scott at posh London eatery

Their film collaboration, The Counselor, was a box office disappointment and was widely panned by critics.
But Penelope Cruz and director-producer Ridley Scott no doubt found other things to talk about at dinner Friday.
The 39-year-old Spanish star and her British director, 76, dined with Ridley's partner Giannina Facio at London's posh Scott's restaurant.

The Oscar winner, who gave birth to daughter Luna last July, looked radiant for the night out. Her husband, Javier Bardem, who also starred in The Counselor, appeared
not to have joined the trio for dinner.
Penelope was wearing a black wool, belted coat as she exited Scott's over what looked to be a black lacy dress and high-heeled black suede boots. She carried a large black leather bag.
Her long brown hair was styled in a single braid with wisps of hair around her face. The new mom looked fresh-faced with just the right amount of makeup.
The bearded director wore khaki pants, a black jacket, navy scarf and brown shoes, while
Giannina was wearing a white overcoat.

The Counselor, which also starred Cameron Diaz and Michael Fassbender, was released in the U.S. in October. 
From a Cormac McCarthy script, it tells the story of a lawyer who finds himself in over his head when he gets involved in drug trafficking.
Although not well received by critics, New York Times' Manohla Dargis added the film to her top 16 list from 2013.

Although Penelope and her spouse Javier both starred in the film, they shared no scenes together.
Aside from six-month-old Luna, the couple are parents to son Leonardo, who turns three on January 22.
Next up for Penelope is La reina de España, a Spanish-language film directed by Fernando Trueba.

On Wednesday Norwegian directors Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg told Deadline they will be shooting Pirates Of The Caribbean 5 - titled Dead Men Tell No Tales - in both Puerto Rico and New Orleans 'at the end of the year.'
But Penelope, who played the fiery Angelica Teach in Pirate's 2011 film On Stranger Tides, will not reprise her role, though it's possible she could make a very small cameo, MailOnline has learned.
Meanwhile, Penelope off her figure just two months after giving birth to Luna in a new campaign for the Loewe luxury brand of accessories.
The beauty has been a brand ambassador for the leather goods brand since 2012.
