Oprah lists her 9,625-square-foot Chicago penthouse with a whole FLOOR dedicated to the master bedroom for $7.75million

Oprah Winfrey is selling one of her properties, a condominium in Chicago, for an asking price of $7.75million.
The 9,625-square-foot duplex in the plush Water Tower Place has four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half-baths, with 'breathtaking lake and city views,' according to real estate firm Baird Warner.
Situated on the 56th story, it features multiple living areas, two kitchens and an entire floor dedicated to the master bedroom.
Moving out: Oprah Winfrey has put her Chicago condo on the market for $7.75million

Listing agent Pamela Sage told Forbes: 'It's a very warm home with beautiful finishes and millwork, and beautiful warm fabrics.

'It's got phenomenal views, great lake views and city views. It's a very open and beautiful space.'
The listing notes that it has all the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Hotel - which is located int he same building - including room service and access to the Carlton Club.
Yet the price of her condo per square foot, about $805, is around $300 less than the Ritz Carlton Residences and $400 less than the Waldorf-Astoria, according to Chris Feurer, CEO of Jameson Sotheby's International Realty.
Indeed, the TV mogul's asking price is reasonably realistic in relation to the average celebrity home.
Michael Jordan, for instance, who is also based in Chicago, is asking $16million for his Highland Park, Illinois mansion, which has been on the market almost two years.
The basketball star's initial ask for the property was a whopping $29million.
'The Oprah factor certainly adds cachet,' Mr Feurer told Forbes. 'We just per capita don’t have as many celebrities. The floor plan looks pretty nice. This should sell.'
The TV host, who moved her talk show to California in 2011, has been selling off her Chicago properties gradually, sparking rumors that she intends to uproot to the West Coast full time.
However her multimedia company, Harpo Productions, is still located in the Windy City.
She reportedly spent $3.4million in the 1990s to combine the four adjacent units in the building that make up the condominium.

In July 2012, she sold another one of her Chicago apartments, this one located in the city's upscale Streeterville neighborhood, for $2.75million.
One of 13 units in a 1913 Beaux Arts-style building designed by architect Benjamin Marshall, it had eight rooms with ten-foot ceilings over 4,607 square feet.
'It's got phenomenal views, great lake and city views. It's a very open and beautiful space'
It also boasted its own library, a formal dining room, a butler's pantry, a wine room and even a solarium, although the star herself never actually lived there.
Indeed, it is believed that she felt this property was too overlooked and had concerns about privacy.
She spends most of her time at her estate in Montecito, California, nicknamed 'The Promised Land', which she purchased in 2001 for a reported $52million.
The star also has a farmhouse in Kula, Hawaii, a holiday home in Antigua, a property by the shore in Lavallette, New Jersey, a ski chalet in Telluride, Colorado, and a home in Douglasville, Georgia.
